Once the order is placed and paid for, it will be immediately processed. The order has an approximate preparation time of 7 days. Once the order is prepared, a tracking code will be sent to you.

Once the tracking code is sent, you can track it on the postal service websites. The estimated time is approximately 15 days (often less) for mainland Spain and major European countries. For South American and Central American countries, orders may take 20 to 40 days approximately.

When the order is received, it is very important that you contact us to inform us that everything has arrived correctly.

The estimated delivery time for orders is 20 to 25 days (80% of orders are delivered earlier). For mainland Spain and major European countries, orders may take slightly longer in South American and Central American countries.

Returns.

Please, if you are not willing to wait, we kindly ask you not to place orders as there are no returns.

Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects, not for size errors or choice of number or names, as all orders are made under personalized orders.
